Booking & Deposit Policy | Sew Privy Hair A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment based on your appointment type. • Natural Install Deposit $100 • Closure Install Deposit $100 • Natural Install Deposit (Hair Included) $250 • Closure Install Deposit (Hair Included) $250 Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance — deposit may be applied to a future appointment (one reschedule permitted) •20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. •No-call, no-shows — deposit is forfeited and future bookings will require payment in full upfront Day of Appointment: •Remaining balance of service is due at the time of service •Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay •Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in a shortened service or forfeited appointment By submitting your deposit, you agree to this policy.
